Ancient Wisdom, Modern Medicine: Yogic approaches to Living & Teaching more Meaningfully – Level 2, 30hr training with Lucy & Keren

Join Lucy McCarthy and Keren Cooksey for a level 2 yoga teacher training delving into the ancient wisdom of yoga and how we can use it to enrich our teaching in a modern world.

We will look at ancient yogic tools from mudra, mantra and pranayama as well as the teachings from the Puranas and Goddess pathways to help us elevate our teaching.

The course will run over 5 days in February 2024 with our mornings focusing on studying the philosophy and stories of Tantric teachings and the Puranas and our afternoons will look at increasing our knowledge on key yogic tools and look at incorporating them into physical yoga classes.

There will be a practice each day with either Keren or Lucy that incorporates our learnings in a practical way.

There will be one assignment to complete after the course to receive the 30hr certificate
